Echocardiography (heart ultrasound)
An EACVI-accredited heart-ultrasound service for an accurate, expert assessment of your heart.
An echocardiogram is a heart ultrasound — a safe, painless test that shows how your heart muscle is moving, how the four valves are working, and how well the heart is pumping. It is one of the most useful tests we have in cardiovascular medicine.
Our clinic is an accredited echocardiography centre under the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI), meaning every scan is performed and reported to international best-practice standards. Where indicated, we also offer stress echo (echo combined with exercise or medication stress).
