How we use your data.

Cambridge Cardiovascular Clinic Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you provide through this website. We process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect: name, date of birth, contact details, clinical information you disclose in your enquiry, and authentication data if you register for the patient portal.

Why we collect it: to respond to your enquiry, coordinate your care with our consultants, and, with your consent, share relevant information with your GP.

Your rights: you may request a copy of your data, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing dpo@camcpc.co.uk.
